LainApi provides an OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) platform that allows users to search and analyze publicly available information. Our service includes various search modules, data analysis tools, and API access depending on your subscription tier.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of LainApi, you must create an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account without prior authorization
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

LainApi offers various subscription plans:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in cryptocurrency
• All payments are non-refundable unless required by law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LainApi only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Illegal activities or activities that violate others' rights
• Harassment, stalking, or threatening others

Your use of LainApi is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not log search queries permanently and implement strong security measures to protect your data.

All content, features, and functionality of LainApi are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our platform or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without written permission

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access:

• Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical issues
• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from downtime
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice

9. Limitation of Liability
